Non-surgical Rhinoplasty [Bioface]
A non-surgical nose filler that will last over 3 years! Reversible, safe procedure, with approved skin-friendly substances.
T.O.Fill is a filler recipe developed by Bioface Clinic, whose chief doctor was a starting member of treating Korea's popular Q.O. Fill. Q.O. Fill is a Hyaluronic acid based filler mixed with PRP (platelet-rich plasma). T.O. Fill is Bioface's very own recipe using dermal substitutes instead of PRP, developed after over 4000cc injection experience with Q.O.Fill. The advantage of the mixed-HA fillers is that the added constituents create matrix layer in the skin that prolongs the absorption of the filler into the body.

How It Works
Fillers literally mean substances that fill gaps. Injectable fillers are made up of hyaluronic acid, a component naturally present in the human body. Hyaluronic acid is found in the highest concentrations in fluids in the eyes and joints. It has a superior capability to hold on to moisture, and is a safe substance. Doctors use a syringe to inject the filler directly into the part of body that needs to be filled. For example, aging may cause cheek areas to become more hollow due to fat loss, which can be plumped up with fillers. Also, a taller nose bridge can be achieved non-surgically using fillers, as well as improving volume in the lip and under eye areas. The injected fillers are gradually absorbed by the body and become naturally dissolved.
1. Immediate Effect
Fillers are directly injected to the skin where volume is needed, with immediate and visible results.
There is an enzyme (hyaluronidase) that can dissolve the hyaluronic acid filler. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your filler treatment, it is possible to reverse or correct the procedure by dissolving the injected fillers with the enzyme.
3. Instant Recovery
Filler injections take approximately 10 - 30 minutes depending on the area of treatment. In most cases, numbing cream is administered to reduce discomfort during the procedure. As the treatment has no downtime, you can go back to your daily schedule right after the procedure.
Recommended For These Concerns
○ Aged appearance due to reduced facial volume
○ Deep nasolabial lines
○ Low nose bridge
○ Blunt nose tip
○ Hollow under eye area
Frequently Asked Q&A
Q. When can I expect to see the results?
A. Results are instantly visible. However, as fillers require time to settle inside the skin, it may appear slightly unnatural for up to two weeks. After the fillers settle, the increased volume will appear to be more natural.
Q. How long does the effect last?
A. The effects typically last between 6 months to 1 year, with each brand lasting for different durations. Juvederm and Restylane are known to last around 1 year, and local brands such as Neuramis and Yvoire last +6 months.
Q. What are the common side effects?
A. Minor bruising and swelling could appear on the injection area. Swelling disappears after 3-4 days and bruises disappear within a week. Very rarely, more serious side effects such as inflammation may occur. Areas that have experience more movement (eg. nose tips, frown lines and nasolabial lines) are known to be more prone to inflammation.
Q. How painful is it?
A. There is slight discomfort when the syringe needles come into contact with the skin. Also, some people experience varying degrees of stiffness when fillers are injected inside the skin. If you opt for fillers with anesthesia included, the stiffness is dramatically reduced.
Q. Can you get treated simultaneously with other treatments?
A. If you had plastic surgery for certain area, you could be advised against filler treatment for that specific area. For instance, patients who have gone through rhinoplasty cannot go through nose filler injections. Otherwise, fillers are mostly compatible with other treatments.
Our Tip for Best Results
It takes around 2 weeks for injected fillers to stabilize after the procedure. Avoid external stimulation to the treatment area for up to 4 weeks.
